The objective of this call is to foster international cooperation in MSCA in Horizon Europe through a dedicated support action to complement and ensure coordination between existing promotion channels at the local level and ensure consistency with formal R&I policy dialogues at bilateral and regional levels. The focus will be put on bi-regional research and innovation policy dialogues, established notably with the African Union, ASEAN, LAC, Mediterranean partner countries, Eastern Partnership countries, and Western Balkans.

- 14 May 2024: Launch of the call for proposals
- 4 September 2024: Deadline for submitting proposals
- February 2025: Notification of call results to applicants (TBC)
- March 2025: Grant agreement signature for the successful project (TBC)
- March 2025: The EU-funded project starts (TBC)
